Preliminary filming

Our group decided to do a bit of preliminary filming to get a taste of what the actual thing would be like. We chose to film one of our most basic scenes which was the main male character dead on the floor with their killer standing over them.

We recruited two of our friends to do it and at last minute the main male character dropped out. This obviously caused us a lot of panic as we really needed to get this bit of filming done before half term and our media teacher came up with the idea that we use our other teacher, Mr. Evans. This actually was a better idea than ours as our story would look more realistic with him as a man than a seventeen year old.

We did this bit of filming and are using it as a tester to see how we should frame shots and the light and the distance of each shot etc.
